Notably, she was an integral part of the Zalora Philippines launch in 2012 and was appointed to lead the strategic marketplace expansion across South East Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe, India, and Middle East until 2017. She joined Viu Philippines in August 2017, responsible for developing their dual revenue subscription and advertising strategy together with the Philippines leading companies. Her retail experience humbly begins in the US for Gap and California surf shop Active. She is co-founder to HeyThreads.com, the Philippines first branded ukay start-up that buys gently used fashion items from Filipinos. Timezone currently operates in over 115 locations nationwide and is the leading and most recognized Family Entertainment Center (FEC) in the country. Juan De Lascurain is a designer from Mexico City! His background is in sports having competed in tennis since the age of 10 playing collegiate tennis in the U.S

He studied international business and after college went on to compete in triathlons around the world including the 1999 Hawaii Ironman.  

In 2004 he started the brand Dream big when a gentleman offered him free air time on a local non - profit tv network. He produced and hosted the show interview celebrities and athletes around the world. In 2008 while doodling on a napkin a lady saw him and encouraged him to paint.  Without any prior experience he started painting and discovered a hidden talent. 

After a year of painting he decided to start doing commercial work. Most people told him he was crazy and that artist didn’t make money, but his determination and vision has led him to do collaborations with name brands like Kleenex, Kotex and others around the world. 

In 2016 he started partnering with tourist destinations, malls and airports to launch the Dream big retail experience. Today he has shop in shops at the hotel in New York, Princess hotel in Acapulco and Burj Khalifa in Dubai and other locations coming up. 

He is also a worldwide speaker, reaching thousands of people each year.
