Michelle is an esteemed analytics practitioner with over two decades of experience. In 2013, she founded Z-Lift Solutions, a pioneering consultancy firm that partners with top businesses in the Philippines to craft and implement data strategies, analytics, and AI solutions, driving organizational success. As a co-founder and President of the Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Association of the Philippines (AAP), Michelle is dedicated to fostering a vibrant ecosystem for analytics and AI.
She also serves on the Board of Trustees for the GoDigital Pilipinas Movement, a private sector-led organization under the Private Sector Advisory Council of the President, which aims to uplift Filipino lives through the adoption of digital services.
Beyond her professional commitments, Michelle is deeply passionate about tech education and gender diversity. She organized the R Users Group of the Philippines in 2013, became co-founder and Head of Learning at For The Women Foundation, providing data science training for underprivileged women, and shares her industry expertise as a part-time lecturer at the University of the Philippines, her alma mater.
